How booking works

Booking goes directly through Raoul. If your preferred period is available, you can first place an option on that week. Your booking is confirmed once you've paid a 20% deposit of the total amount (rent, final cleaning and deposit) and returned the signed rental agreement; the remaining amount is due at least 6 weeks before the start of your rental period.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing, by email. The date on which the owner receives the message is the cancellation date.

• Within 7 days of booking, you may cancel free of charge, provided arrival is still more than 8 weeks away.
• If cancelled more than 8 weeks before arrival, 20% of the rental price is due.
• If cancelled between 8 and 6 weeks before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due.
• If cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival, or in case of a no-show, the full rental price is due.
• If Casa Mumu is able to re-let the cancelled period, any amount overpaid will be refunded, minus any administration costs.
• The security deposit is always refunded in full upon cancellation.

Taking out cancellation insurance is recommended.
